Due to the variety of factors outside of the lesson which may affect a student’s performance, no guarantee is made that the student will achieve a certain goal, test score, grade or level of improvement. In order to assure that the best results are achieved, the tutor requests that the student is prepared for each lesson and actively participates in the lesson.

All client information is 100% confidential and will not be shared publicly unless there is an agreement to do so.
Services

Payment
Payment for each lesson/session is to be made prior to the session via Stripe, or another payment platform agreed by you and the instructor. The client will be provided with an invoice for a payment upon request.
Refund Policy
Refunds for lessons are at the discretion of Pamina Elchoueri.
Liability and Cancellations
You agree that you are responsible to pay the fee for each lesson prior to the lesson. If a scheduled lesson must be cancelled by the language coach or client, they must do so with no less than 24 hours advance notice provided via email to the language coach. If less than 24 hours advance notice of cancellation is provided by either party, the total fee for the lesson will be due to the instruction. Exceptions, including rescheduling of lessons, are at the discretion of the language coach. If the instructor cancels a scheduled lesson with less than 24 hours advance notice to you, the instructor will refund the total amount paid, if any, for such scheduled lesson.
A scheduled lesson or pre-paid package must be completed within a 90 day time period.
Otherwise, the total fee for the lesson will be due to the instruction and the lessons will no longer be valid.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any disagreement between you and instructor concerning this agreement or any fees, you and the instructor agree to resolve such matter via mediation to take place in New York City and, failing that, exclusively in the courts located in the of the State of New York, County of New York. Unless otherwise agreed in mediation, the prevailing party in any such dispute will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred. This agreement is governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.
